Our Fees

As we stated, we  offer real estate marketing no one else does. We give outstanding service to our clients and take our responsibilities very seriously. But we also  have a fee structure that  reflects our belief in being a true value. We could charge more for our services but have chosen not to. We would rather be  hard-working agents who do a great job for a reasonable fee.

So  here’s what we charge:

• 2.5% if the seller provides us a lead that results in a sale.
• 4.5% if we find the buyer.
• 5.5% if another agent is involved in finding the buyer.

It’s  just that simple.
